The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach. Rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast could use more variety. The staff was friendly, but some were a bit inattentive. Golf course nearby is a plus for golfers.

Location is super close to the beach. The breakfast options were limited and the dining area was crowded. Nice outdoor pool for the kids, but it could use better cleaning. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. it’s decent for families, just don't expect much from breakfast.

Great location—just a short walk to the beach. Spacious, clean room, but the air conditioning was a letdown and noisy. Customer service was attentive, yet the staff seemed unaware about service dog policies; my dog was wrongly restricted from the breakfast area. The bathroom cleanliness was questionable, and lack of proper towels was disappointing. The carpet needed serious attention, stained and worn. some wonderful aspects, especially the helpful night staff when we were in a bind, but there’s definitely room for improvement in management and maintenance.

The breakfast is always well-stocked and delicious. The back porch restaurant serves fantastic food, and parking is easy peasy.
Housekeeping left our trash beside the can like it was a new art installation.

The room was spacious and clean, with cozy beds that felt like marshmallows. The pillows and blankets were fresh, enhancing the comfort. Soundproofing was excellent; I couldn't hear anything from outside. I appreciated the friendly staff, particularly during breakfast. the carpets were filthy, with sand and trash lingering throughout the stay. The bathroom needed attention, particularly the damaged door and shower head, which was falling apart. While the pool was unexpectedly warm despite the cold weather, breakfast options were limited and lacked quality. The pet-friendly policy caused lingering odors, impacting the overall experience.

I had the best time lounging by the sparkling saltwater pool! The breakfast spread was delicious, with so many tasty options to choose from. My kids had a blast splashing around and making friends in the heated pool!

The rooms were spacious and the housekeeping kept things clean. They had great coffee and the breakfast was solid with plenty of options.
It wasn't inexpensive but worth it for the comfort.

Checking in was such a hassle! I waited around 15 minutes at the front desk, but nobody was there to help. I finally got someone, but it felt super unwelcoming. I just wanted to start my vacation!

The staff's response was slow and disorganized, lacking proper management oversight. Location was convenient and close to attractions. Front desk staff varied in helpfulness, although one standout, Chris, was exceptional. Improvements needed: better room maintenance, communication, and clearer policies regarding pet-friendly accommodations. These issues marred an otherwise promising stay.

Hampton Inn & Suites Destin offers an excellent location near attractions and a safe environment. The cleanliness was remarkable, with staff proactively ensuring breakfast supplies were full. The complimentary room upgrade was a nice touch, and the pool area was well-maintained, featuring available floaties.

we had an amazing experience at Hampton Inn. the room was spacious and the complimentary breakfast was quite satisfying. the location was perfect for dining out and easy access to the beach, just a short walk away.

I had been longing to visit The Shores at Crystal Beach Park, and Hampton Inn's proximity made it the obvious choice. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet and the convenience of a nearby grocery store. Plus, the selection of popular restaurants like Fudpucker's and Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. was delightful.
Unhelpful day shift staff. Maintenance issue.
